Job Description

As a Project Manager Intern, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Meeting and Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with top management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines, and costs.

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, considering changing needs and requirements.

Resource Allocation: Identify and assign project tasks to team members based on their skill sets and strengths.

Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project performance to ensure timely delivery.

Reporting: Compile and submit project status reports to clients, management, and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure efficient project implementation.

Skills and Experience Required

• Relevant Degree/Diploma in Project Management or related field from a recognized institute.
• Graduated within the last two (2) years or in the final year of study, and not more than twenty-six (26) years old.
• Process-oriented with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on controls.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused working environment.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working with diverse disciplines and management levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Rapid adaptability and quick skill acquisition in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Must have a working Laptop throughout the program.
• Dedication to work for 6 months without disruptions.
• Ability to self-finance for the 6-month period.
• Willingness to work extra hours when required.
• Availability for client meetings.
