We are seeking an individual with intermediate-level experience as a Site Lead and Warehouse Operations enthusiast. As a Site Lead, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the performance of the Colgate and Norda Campuses. Your responsibilities will include directing daily, weekly, and monthly activities, executing planned initiatives, and ensuring DHL remains the “provider of choice” to our clients.

About the Role: Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Implement Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program daily to confirm adherence to specified behaviors and processes.

    • Supervise adherence to security measures protecting site premises, personnel, DSC assets, and customer products.
  3. Process Adherence and Continuous Improvement
    • Implement and supervise adherence to up-to-date processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

  4. Performance Management
    • Supervise day-to-day performance, ensuring achievement of agreed customer KPIs and internal KPIs.
