Key Responsibilities

As a member of our club service personnel, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  1. Service Team:
    • Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
    • Taking orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
    • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area.
    • Assisting with setting up and breaking down events.
  2. Bartenders:
    • Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers.
    • Ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation standards.
    • Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
    • Engaging with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  3. Cashiers:
    • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
    • Handling cash and credit card payments with integrity and transparency.
    • Providing receipts and addressing customer inquiries.
    • Balancing the cash register at the end of each shift.
  4. Supervisors:
    • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow among the team.
    • Training and mentoring new employees to uphold service standards.
    • Managing staff schedules and resolving any issues that arise.
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications and skills:

  1. Service Team:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
    • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  2. Bartenders:
    • Certification in bartending or mixology.
    • Strong knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation.
    • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle high-pressure environments with ease.
  3. Cashiers:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
    • Strong numerical skills and accuracy in processing transactions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Supervisors:
    • Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field.
    • Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
