Job Summary

Join our team as a Senior Sales Advisor and take charge of all sales activities within assigned accounts and the vibrant Nairobi region. As an integral part of our expansion strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering client relationships, and representing our brand with excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

Regional Expansion Strategy Execution: Execute Securex’s regional expansion strategy with precision and dedication.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and MEPs to facilitate project opportunities within the Nairobi region.

Sales Growth: Drive sales growth in the Nairobi area, focusing on expanding our market share and reaching ambitious sales targets.

Client Acquisition: Source new clients for guarding and electronic systems, consistently meeting monthly targets and expanding our client base.

Key Account Management: Handle sales activities for major accounts, negotiating sales prices and discounts under the guidance of the department head.

Client Support: Provide exceptional support, information, and guidance to existing clients while effectively managing new client accounts.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.

Market Entry Initiatives: Develop go-to-market plans and lead the execution of market entry initiatives to establish our presence and drive sales.

Product Presentation: Present and promote company products and services to both current and potential clients, showcasing their value proposition effectively.
