Purpose and Scope:

As the Senior HR Associate at LipaLater, you play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s success. You’ll provide invaluable support, guidance, and direction to our leaders, line managers, and employees, ensuring that our people management processes, policies, and procedures align seamlessly with our business’s vision, mission, and overall objectives.

Job Function:

Develop Organizational Excellence

  • Participate in the development of organizational guidelines and procedures that foster excellence in every aspect of our operations.

Motivate and Engage

  • Recommend innovative strategies to motivate our exceptional team of employees, creating a culture of inspiration and achievement.

Talent Acquisition

  • Spearhead our recruitment activities, identifying talent gaps, crafting compelling job descriptions, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and expertly negotiating employment contracts.

Onboarding and Payroll Mastery

  • Manage the seamless onboarding and off-boarding of employees while ensuring precise payroll management.

Talent Management

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and line managers to drive talent management initiatives, ensuring HR excellence is at the core of our growth.

Performance Management

  • Implement and enhance our performance management processes, ensuring they align with our policies and guidelines.

Learning and Development

  • Facilitate growth plans, working alongside line managers and employees to meet their learning and development needs.

Strategic HR Solutions

  • Partner with the business to develop and implement tactical and operational people plans, addressing business and people challenges head-on.

Policy Implementation

  • Lead the implementation of policies and processes, using effective tools and educational sessions to ensure staff and managers are well-informed.

Employee Relations Expert

  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, proactively addressing barriers to engagement and resolving grievances and disciplinary matters.

Legal Compliance

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of legal requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Education & Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, with proven experience supporting Senior Leadership and Line managers.
  • CHRP or IHRM certification is highly preferred.
