You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by deterring criminal activity, monitoring security systems, and responding to emergencies.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct security patrols of our facilities and grounds
• Monitor surveillance cameras and access control systems
• Respond to alarms and other security incidents
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees
• Maintain accurate security logs and reports

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum height of 5 feet 10 inches
• Physically fit and able to perform security duties
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Basic Qualifications:

• Form 4 KCSE Certificate with a minimum grade of D+
• National Identity Card (age between 22 and 35 years old)
• Certificate of Good Conduct (issued within the last 6 months)
• Valid Bank Account

Additional Requirements:

• Two (2) recent color passport-size photographs
• Secondary School Leaving Certificate (Original and photocopy)
• National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Card (Original and photocopy)
• National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) Card (Original and photocopy)
• KRA Personal Identification Number (PIN) Certificate (Original and photocopy)
• Original letter from your local Chief/Sub-Chief with postal address and phone contacts
• Recommendation Letters or Certificates of Service from previous employers (if applicable)
• Letters from three referees with full contact information (not relatives, government officials, or current Wells Fargo employees)
• Detailed sketch maps of your residences (rural and urban)
