1. Education and Integrity

• Minimum of a Form Four Graduation
• Mature with exceptional levels of Integrity

2. Age and Fitness

• Age between 24 and 42 years
• Physically, mentally, and medically fit
• Good eyesight

3. Legal and Communication Skills

• No criminal record
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Kiswahili

4. Height Requirement

• Height of 5’8″ and above
