SALESPERSON – NEW KENYA CO-OPERATIVE CREAMERIES LTD

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Sales Representative, the Salesperson is responsible for driving sales, ensuring product visibility, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stock Management: Manage stock deliveries, distribution, and verification.
  • Sales Operations: Deliver products to outlets, invoice customers, collect revenue, and manage crates. Process sales orders, reconcile daily sales, stock, and crates, and obtain confirmation of bank deposits.
  • Reporting: Generate route sales reports to track performance.
  • Client Management: Prospect for new clients, serve existing clients, and conduct market intelligence as per sales requirements.
  • Returns Management: Manage product returns according to New KCC’s sales policy.
  • Other Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Academic Qualifications

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years’ experience post-qualification.
  • Over 5 years of accident-free driving experience with a valid BCE class driver’s license.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in standard office applications.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
