As a Sales Representative, you’ll enjoy a minimum retainer of 35,000 KES plus attractive commission-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Milescoop team, your duties will include:
- Identifying and Engaging Potential Buyers: Proactively connect with potential clients through networking events, social media platforms, and referrals.
- Understanding Client Needs: Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized property options.
- Presenting Property Details: Provide detailed and engaging information about property features, zoning requirements, and investment potential.
- Organizing Property Viewings: Arrange and lead property tours, delivering compelling presentations to showcase the unique benefits of each property.
- Negotiating Sales Terms: Handle negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Managing the Sales Process: Oversee the journey from initial inquiry to final closing, ensuring a seamless and professional transaction.
- Document Preparation and Compliance: Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other necessary legal documents in adherence to company policies.
- Building Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships by offering ongoing support and guidance throughout and beyond the buying process.
Qualifications and Skills

- Lead Generation Expertise: Ability to source potential buyers through innovative and effective strategies.
- Conversion Skills: Proven ability to convert leads into successful transactions.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
