Job Summary:

As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our resort. Whether you’re engaging with guests at the front desk, maintaining the cleanliness of our rooms, or ensuring the safety and security of our premises, you’ll be instrumental in upholding our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Person:
    • Proactively engage with guests to promote resort amenities and services.
    • Assist in coordinating events and special promotions to drive revenue.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and guest interactions.
  • Front Desk Agents:
    • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
    • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
    • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
  • Housekeeping Supervisor:
    • Oversee the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met and exceeded.
    • Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping team members.
    • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.
  • Security Guards:
    • Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure guest safety.
    • Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies.
    • Conduct regular checks of security equipment and report any malfunctions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive and customer-centric approach to service delivery.
