We are currently seeking Sales Executives to join our expanding team at Kingsway Tyres Limited. If you are a results-driven individual with strong sales skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to sell the company’s products and services, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves both Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C) interactions, requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. You will be tasked with achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s overall growth by expanding our client base and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C) Sales: Present Kingsway Tyres Limited’s products and services to various customers in the automotive industry, focusing on generating leads, closing sales, and expanding market reach.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, ensuring they are fully satisfied with the products and services provided.
  • Prospecting for New Business: Conduct field visits to potential customers to identify new business opportunities and initiate contact with new prospects.
  • Sales Inquiries and Follow-up: Respond promptly to all sales inquiries from customers, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up to close sales efficiently.
  • Market Representation: Act as the company’s representative between Kingsway Tyres Limited and its current and potential markets.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales terms and successfully close deals, ensuring all sales agreements are well-documented.
  • Product Promotions and Developments: Provide advice on product developments and special promotions to maximize sales and create added value for customers.
  • Accurate Calculations and Quotations: Prepare accurate price calculations and provide customers with comprehensive quotations to facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Payment and Credit Terms Management: Ensure that all accounts are paid in accordance with the company’s credit terms, fostering financial stability.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Attend team meetings, share sales progress reports, and contribute to achieving the collective goals of the sales department.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Minimum Diploma in a Sales/Customer Service related discipline.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present products and services to clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and sales activities effectively.
  • Negotiation skills to ensure favorable outcomes in sales deals.
  • Proficiency in using word processing, data analysis, and presentation software to prepare sales reports and presentations.
  • A team player who can also work independently to achieve personal and company sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive industry or a similar sector is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and close high-value sales.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and digital sales tools.
