Job Summary
As a Sales Consultant at Rosewood Furniture, your role will focus on driving sales through client acquisition, product presentations, and negotiating deals. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer support. Your goal will be to provide a seamless customer experience, from the initial sale to post-delivery follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing. You should be proficient in communication, negotiation, and relationship management, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, and networking events.
- Conduct product presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our office furniture solutions, tailored to meet customer needs.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition and negotiate terms to close sales deals.
- Finalize transactions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Account Management and Customer Support
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, offering product information and addressing any concerns or inquiries clients may have.
- Handle post-delivery communication and manage feedback, complaints, or changes in client requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
Sales Administration and Development
- Compile and submit individual sales reports to track performance and sales metrics.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information throughout the sales order process.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills to build rapport, present products, and negotiate with clients.

- Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and long-term satisfaction.

- Comprehensive understanding of our product range, including ergonomic chairs, functional workstations, and versatile storage solutions.

- Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks, manage client pipelines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Resilience and Persistence
- Ability to handle rejection while remaining motivated to pursue leads and close deals.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
- Understanding and managing emotions effectively to build better relationships with clients and handle complex interactions.
Adaptability
- Flexible in adjusting sales strategies based on evolving market trends and customer needs.
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Proficiency in developing and executing sales plans to achieve conversion goals and maximize revenue.
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
