Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate at PAWA IT Solutions, your primary focus will be driving revenue growth by connecting businesses with our suite of advanced cloud solutions. Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and Execute Sales Plans: Promote and sell Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Acer Chromebooks, AppSheet, Chrome OS, and Enterprise Device Management solutions.
- Lead Identification and Nurturing: Identify and expand revenue opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation, email campaigns, and strategic initiatives, fostering referral relationships with a remarkably low unsubscribe rate.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage tools such as Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Webmaster for in-depth analysis of audience and lead data, enhancing strategic planning.
- Proactive Lead Generation: Utilize networking, cold calling, research, and referrals to establish and build strong sales pipelines.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales activity records using tools like Partner Advantage Platform and HubSpot CRM to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct impactful product demonstrations to showcase the unique value of our solutions to potential clients.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation efforts, including email marketing campaigns and events.
- Performance and Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while providing regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of at least 4 years in sales, with a preference for experience in technology or cloud solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud technologies, EdTech, or IT solutions is a significant advantage.
- CRM Proficiency: Expertise in CRM tools such as HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- B2B Sales Experience: Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales is highly advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to engage clients effectively and drive results.
