Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate “Motor” to join our team. This critical role will focus on driving motor insurance sales through the mTek platform. As a Sales Associate “Motor,” you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline specifically for motor insurance sales, primarily through B2B2C channels. Your efforts will contribute to simplifying the insurance purchasing process for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate “Motor,” you will:

  • Set and Monitor Sales Objectives: Develop, implement, and track sales goals to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and Sustain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with strategic sales stakeholders to enhance motor insurance sales.
  • Provide Sales Strategies and Feedback: Offer actionable insights on sales strategies, and contribute to the development of marketing plans.
  • Contribute to Meeting Sales Targets: Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Developments: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the insurance industry, particularly in motor insurance.
  • Answer Customer Queries: Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Mediate Disputes: Act as a mediator in resolving customer disputes, ensuring a fair and positive outcome for all parties involved.

Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Degree in Insurance, Business Management, or a Related Field: A solid educational background in a relevant field is essential.
  • 3-5 Years of Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a focus on the insurance industry being a significant advantage.
  • Embracing of Digital Solutions: A keen interest in and understanding of digital solutions that enhance the sales process.
  • Self-Motivated and Agile Mindset: The ability to work independently, adapt to changes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
