Job Purpose

The Sales Assistant is crucial in providing high-class customer service and driving sales growth for Vivo. This role ensures that our customers receive exceptional service at our retail outlets, maintains high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping, and manages inventory and revenue collection processes efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Boost Sales: Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance sales and increase company revenue.
  • Customer Service: Address customer needs promptly and courteously, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Manage daily sales support tasks and uphold store cleanliness to maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements, and ensure efficient organization of products.
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee the timely fulfillment of orders and distribution of goods to meet operational demands.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that store displays and merchandising align with Vivo’s brand standards.
  • Promotions: Implement and communicate special offers and promotions to attract and engage customers.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to enhance our service and operations.

Key Skills

  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Demonstrated ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Proficiency in planning, organizing, and managing time efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Skilled in inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • POS Systems: Experience with Point of Sales (POS) systems and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fashion Styling: Knowledge of visual merchandising and fashion styling.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Management.
  • 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
