Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Business Development Executive: Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of the Business Development Executive.
  • Sales and Promotion: Present, promote, and sell Switch Media/Switch Media School services to prospective clients.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to potential customers through cold calling to encourage enrollment in Switch Media School programs.
  • Problem Resolution: Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timeframes.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry best practices and promotional trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices preferred.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
