Introduction

Key Responsibilities

Customer Recruitment and Registration

  • Recruit and Register New Customers: Engage in proactive recruitment and registration of new Diageo customers and outlets, expanding our customer base.
  • Daily Follow-Up: Ensure customers place orders daily on the Diageo One platform, providing seamless service and maintaining consistent contact.

Sales and Customer Interaction

  • Face-to-Face Visits: Conduct regular in-person visits to customer outlets within your territory, fostering strong relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • Promotion and Awareness: Inform customers about ongoing promotions and ensure they have access to the entire product range through the Diageo One platform.

Account Management

  • Establish New Accounts: Organize and plan your daily work schedule to build and maintain a robust clientele database.
  • Order Placement and Delivery: Assist customers with order placement on the Diageo One platform and ensure timely delivery of products.

Target Achievement

  • Volume & NSV Targets: Take charge of the total territory market to meet and exceed volume and Net Sales Value (NSV) targets. Ensure brand availability and visibility as per segment requirements.
  • Execution Standards: Drive adherence to pricing segmentation and manage Point of Sale (POS) materials to maintain visibility standards.

Reporting and Professionalism

  • Daily and Weekly Reports: Maintain detailed and professional daily and weekly reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Professional Relationships: Develop and maintain professional relationships with all customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Meetings and Negotiations

  • Sales Meetings: Attend regular sales meetings, participate in product testing, and negotiate prices to meet customer and company needs.

Requirements

Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Studies/Sales and Marketing: A diploma in business studies, sales, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Riding Skills: Must be a skilled and safe rider with expert knowledge of local streets. A valid riding license with riding authorization is mandatory.

Skills and Attributes

  • Selling and Marketing Skills: Demonstrated ability to sell and market products effectively.
  • Motorcycle Maintenance Skills: Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance is essential.
  • Trustworthiness and Discretion: Ability to handle items and cash responsibly and discreetly.
  • Safety Conscious: A responsible attitude towards safety.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative and work independently.

Experience
