Duties and Responsibilities

Installation and Maintenance Expertise

Perform installation, maintenance, and service of electronic security systems.
Specialize in systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and more.
Advantageous if experienced in Fire Alarm and BMS systems installation and programming.

Documentation and Reporting

Report all activities to the supervisor through job cards and approved communication platforms.
Maintain written records of all works carried out.

Client Satisfaction

Ensure the security of client properties during assignments.
Attend to assigned tasks within specified timeframes.

Handle technical complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Problem Resolution
