Key Responsibilities

• Rotational Assignments: Participate in rotational assignments across various commercial divisions, including Fresh Food, Ecommerce, Store Operations, and Merchandising.
• Performance Metrics: Learn and deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and technical competencies specific to each role rotation.
• Business Objectives: Actively contribute to the achievement of business objectives and initiatives.
