About Ital GLOBAL:
Our client, a prominent player in the Hospitality Industry, is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Restaurant Supervisor. This key role involves providing dynamic leadership to a restaurant team and overseeing the delivery of exceptional services to ensure the restaurant’s optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safeguard Compliance and Safety
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards across all facets of the restaurant.
- Develop and uphold emergency procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective measures as needed.
2. Stay Ahead of the Curve
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to restaurant operations.
- Uphold exceptional guest service by actively engaging with patrons.
- Address guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
3. Enhance Guest Satisfaction
- Implement strategies to boost guest satisfaction and loyalty through personalized services, promotions, or loyalty programs.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews and ratings to continually enhance the guest experience.
4. Fiscal Management
- Develop and manage the restaurant’s annual budget, encompassing revenue forecasting, cost control, and profit optimization.
- Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial health and take corrective action when necessary.
5. Operational Excellence
- Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the various restaurant departments, including front desk, food and beverage, maintenance, and security.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure they meet established standards.
6. Leadership and Team Development
- Recruit, train, and lead restaurant staff, from department heads to frontline employees.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to enhance staff skills and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment through effective team leadership.
7. Effective Communication
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate organizational goals, operational changes, and address concerns.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and hotel software applications.
