Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our Food & Beverage Service department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure quality service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Leading and mentoring the restaurant team, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Managing guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to enhance guest experience.
• Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
• Monitoring inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and coordinating with the purchasing department for timely replenishment.
• Training staff on service standards, food safety, and proper handling of food and beverages.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications and possess the necessary skills:

• Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role within a 4- or 5-star resort.
• Age requirement: 30-40 years.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to manage guest complaints and operational challenges.
• Experience in inventory management and cost control.
