Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Research & Grants Intern, your role will involve:

1. Conducting Research and Analysis:

  • Perform in-depth research and thorough analysis on assigned projects.

2. Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze various data sets, contributing to effective data management.

3. Report Drafting and Presentations:

  • Create comprehensive reports and engaging presentations based on research findings.

4. Collaborating on Research Proposals:

  • Work closely with the team on crafting research proposals and funding applications.

5. Literature Reviews and Editorial Research:

  • Assist in conducting literature reviews and engaging in editorial research.

6. Meeting Attendance and Note-Taking:

  • Attend relevant meetings and events, taking accurate and informative notes.

7. Miscellaneous Tasks:

  • Undertake any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

1. Educational Background:

  • A graduate or current student in Project Management or a related research field.

2. Strong Skills:

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities.

3. Research Acumen:

  • Familiarity with various research methodologies and hands-on experience in data analysis.

4. Communication Proficiency:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

5. Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

6. Passion and Interest:

  • Demonstrated interest in community development organizations and research.
