  1. Generating New Business: Expand our client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the education and religious institutions sector.
  2. Servicing Existing Clients: Maintain and enhance relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met consistently.
  3. Product Training: Provide comprehensive training on our suite of products to both new and existing clients.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
  5. Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate quotations for clients, reflecting our commitment to transparency and clarity.
  6. Brand Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador, actively promoting the CIC brand in all interactions.
  7. Church-Based Intermediaries: Foster and sustain close relationships with church-based intermediaries to facilitate smooth transactions.
  8. Strategic Alliances in the Church Sector: Build and maintain strategic relationships within the church sector to explore synergistic opportunities.
  9. Business Coding: Ensure proper coding of all transactions related to church business, enabling accurate tracking and reporting.
  10. Education Sector Relationships: Similarly, establish and cultivate strategic relationships within the education sector to maximize growth.

Academic and Professional Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (E)
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other office applications (E)
