As the Relationship Officer in Corporate Banking, you will play a pivotal role in marketing to new and existing clients to foster growth in both liability and asset portfolios, aligning with the targets set by Public Sector Banking. Your responsibilities include acquisition and retention of clients, as well as enhancing the customer experience, with a primary focus on Ministries, parastatals, government agencies, and County governments.


Sales, Business Development & Relationship Management

  • Develop a comprehensive database of clients within the public sector and execute a strategic calling program to drive sales and business for the Bank.
  • Conduct regular visits to key stakeholders in Treasury, parastatals, government ministries, and donor/developmental agencies to gather relevant information on priority projects and funding sources.
  • Identify potential institutional partners and develop business opportunities in line with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal operations to facilitate the provision of banking products and services.
