Position Overview:

As a Registered Clinical Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. You will be responsible for implementing clinical research studies, particularly focusing on HIV clinical care management, including Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV (PMTCT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing clinical research studies with precision and attention to detail.
  • Providing comprehensive HIV clinical care management, including PMTCT services.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership skills in guiding and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized medical training institution.
  • Registration with the Clinical Officer’s Council and possession of a valid practicing license.
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar clinical setting is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HIV clinical care management, with a focus on PMTCT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging healthcare environment.
