The Temporary Data Entry Clerks will play a vital role in supporting the seamless execution of immunization outreaches by ensuring accurate financial data compilation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, you will:
- Verify and compile Mpesa data submitted from the field to ensure accuracy and compliance before processing.
- Maintain proper records for all Mpesa entries and ensure data is readily accessible for audits and reporting.
- Transfer data promptly and accurately to Mpesa output systems, ensuring seamless integration with financial processes.
- Follow up on submissions from counties, validate data, and ensure returns are processed promptly for financial accountability.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate the following:
- Educational Background: A diploma or relevant certification in data management, information systems, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data entry or data management roles, preferably within health projects or facilities.
- Proficiency in data verification and reporting processes.
- Technical Expertise:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Excel).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
