Job Summary:

As a Quality Systems Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our organizational processes align with ISO 9001:2015 standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with diverse teams to uphold quality standards, conduct audits, and foster operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structuring Quality Management System: Design and maintain a robust Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Internal Auditing and Risk Assessment: Conduct internal audits, assess risks, and implement corrective actions to uphold quality standards.
• Quality Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, address non-conformities, and provide training to enhance employee competency.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and address customer complaints to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
• Operational Excellence: Drive operational improvement initiatives using methodologies like DMAIC and feedback loops.
• Capacity Development: Identify skill gaps, organize training sessions, and foster employee development.
• Phytosanitary Network: Operate within the Dümmen Orange global phytosanitary network to ensure compliance with regulations.

Performance Criteria:

• Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 compliant Quality Management Systems.
• Effective utilization of Root Cause Analysis for timely resolution of non-conformities.
• Integration of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) across organizational processes.
• Preparation of comprehensive data for periodic Management Reviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or related field.
• (Lead) Auditor training in ISO 9001:2015.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and authoring skills.
• Excellent judgment, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
