Job Summary:

Kinsfolkshomes is looking for an experienced Property Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Property Sales: Guide clients through the property buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
  • Conduct Market Research: Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and competitor activity to offer accurate advice and property pricing to clients.
  • Property Showings: Organize and lead property viewings, providing detailed information on the property features, surrounding amenities, and potential value.
  • Negotiate Deals: Negotiate property prices and terms with buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Follow Up: Regularly follow up with leads, ensuring that potential buyers are consistently engaged and informed throughout the process.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all transactions are properly documented and comply with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in property sales or real estate consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Nairobi real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A valid real estate license (preferred).
