Job Title: Property Consultant (3 Posts)

Job Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Job Summary

We are currently seeking Property Consultants to join our dynamic team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Property Consultant at NextLevel Properties Ltd., you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, guiding them through the property buying process, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This role is ideal for a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential customers and nurture leads to conversion.
• Provide personalized property consultations to clients, ensuring they receive expert advice and guidance.

Property Showings and Presentations

• Organize and conduct property presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Coordinate property site visits for clients to view potential investments and make informed decisions.

Sales Reporting and Database Management

• Maintain a comprehensive database that displays all lead contacts and the status of prospects and clients.
• Track and report conversion rates of all leads, providing insights to improve sales strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to monitor progress and set targets.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

• A Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Driving skills are an added advantage.

Key Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in sales reporting and database management.
