Key Responsibilities
As the Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations and overall productivity of the farm. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing farm production activities:
- Managing processes such as land preparation, planting, pest control, crop nutrition, and harvesting.
- Ensuring high-quality outputs for crops including cabbages, potatoes, capsicum, and onions.
- Coordinating with the Farm Manager:
- Working collaboratively to plan and implement effective farm operations.
- Streamlining processes for improved efficiency and productivity.
- Managing farm equipment:
- Supervising the use and maintenance of critical tools such as irrigation pipes, water pumps, and spray pumps.
- Ensuring all equipment remains functional and operationally efficient.
