If you hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline and are registered with the EBK (Engineers Board of Kenya), we want to hear from you! With at least 5+ years of experience in production management, you could be the ideal candidate to drive our operations forward.

Job Level: Senior Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership

In this pivotal role, you will lead our production team to ensure the efficient and cost-effective manufacturing of our products. Your strong leadership skills will drive productivity and quality standards.

2. Process Optimization

You will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement within our production processes. Implementing lean methodologies and innovative solutions will be critical in streamlining our operations.

3. Quality Assurance

Maintain our high-quality standards by implementing rigorous quality control measures. Your expertise in quality assurance will be instrumental in ensuring our products meet customer expectations.

4. Resource Management

Efficiently manage resources, including human capital and machinery, to meet production targets while adhering to budget constraints.

5. Safety and Compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• Registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a production management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
