Key Responsibilities:
- On-App Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for Agency Leaders, Agents, and Branch Consultants, ensuring effective usage of the app.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the first line of support for app-related queries by troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for Insurance Agencies and Agency Leaders, ensuring seamless integration with the app.
- Relationship Management: Strategically maintain and enhance business relationships with branches to ensure consistent collaboration.
- Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback to identify potential app improvements and relay insights to the development team.
- Documentation: Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and FAQs to assist app users.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Product, Development, and Customer Service teams to enhance the user experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or related field.
- Background in Product Support, Customer Service, or Training.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of the insurance industry, including product types, coverage options, and basic risk management principles.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or insurance.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant industry tools.
- Knowledge of mobile apps and onboarding processes.
