Key Responsibilities

As a Product Support Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • On-App Training: Conduct training sessions for ALs, Agents, and Branch Consultants, ensuring efficient app usage.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of support for app-related queries, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for Insurance agencies and Agency Leaders onto the app.
  • Relationship Management: Strategically maintain and enhance relationships with branches to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback to identify app improvement opportunities and communicate with the development team.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain user-friendly training materials, guides, and FAQs to assist app users.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Product and Customer Service teams to deliver a seamless user experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in product support, customer service, or training.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver quick solutions.
  • A solid understanding of the insurance industry, including various insurance products and risk management principles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and relevant tools.
  • A customer-centric mindset and passion for providing excellent service.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage client portfolios and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with mobile apps and onboarding processes.
  • Adaptability to policy updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
