- Project Background: The USAID People-Centered Governance (PCG) Activity is dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness and legitimacy of local governments in southern Somalia. Operating at the Federal, State, and local levels, the project aims to achieve fairer and more inclusive District Councils (DCs) while improving their overall performance. PCG will engage in multiple districts within Galmudug, Hirshabelle, Jubaland, and Southwest federal member states (FMS) of Somalia.
