Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
As a Procurement Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Managing Import Documentation
- Overseeing the preparation and submission of all necessary import documents.

- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
2. Monitoring Delivery Schedules
- Tracking and managing delivery schedules for ongoing orders.

3. Monthly Call-Offs
- Assisting in the execution of monthly call-offs for supplies.
- Communicating with vendors to confirm order quantities and delivery timelines.
- Ensuring all call-offs are completed accurately and efficiently.
4. Operational Support
- Providing additional assistance to the procurement team on various operational tasks.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements.
- Supporting the team in achieving departmental goals.
Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Logistics, or any Supply Chain-related course.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
