Our client is seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver in Nairobi. This position involves driving the employer’s family members, friends, or business associates to various destinations, ensuring their comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating Nairobi’s roads and providing exceptional service.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Gross Salary: Kes. 25,000

Job Responsibilities

Driving Duties

• Transport: Safely drive the employer or clients to and from destinations.
• Maintenance: Keep the vehicle clean and in good working order.
• Route Planning: Plan driving routes to ensure timely arrivals.

Assistance Duties

• Errands: Assist with errands such as grocery shopping and other tasks.
• Loading/Unloading: Help with loading and unloading luggage and goods.
• Documentation: Ensure vehicle paperwork is up-to-date.

Safety and Compliance

• Traffic Laws: Observe and adhere to all traffic and driving laws.
• Weather Conditions: Stay updated on road conditions and adjust routes accordingly.
• Safety: Ensure the safety of passengers at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

• Minimum Requirement: KCSE qualification.
• Preferred: NYS training.
• Experience: Proven experience as a driver.

Technical Skills

• Driving: Proficiency with both automatic and manual cars.
• License: Valid driver’s license.
• Record: Clean driving record.

Soft Skills

• Communication: Polite and professional disposition.
• Calmness: Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations.
• Flexibility: Availability for weekend and night shifts.

• Location: Nairobi
• Type: Full-time position with occasional weekend and night shifts.
