MyMedDevice is seeking a tech-savvy, ambitious Operations and Go-to-Market Strategy Officer to help drive our eCommerce platform from development to market. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing our operational strategies, managing vendor relationships, and leading the charge in bringing our platform to market. Key Responsibilities

1. Development and Implementation of Operational Strategies

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative operations strategies tailored to the unique needs of a startup environment.
  • Focus on efficiency and scalability to support the rapid growth and success of MyMedDevice.

2. Lead the Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy, with a strong focus on creativity and adaptability to ensure a successful platform launch.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align go-to-market efforts with overall business goals.

3. Vendor Management

  • Manage the vendor identification and onboarding processes to ensure a robust and reliable supply chain.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to support operational efficiency and product quality.

4. Platform Launch Planning and Oversight

  • Plan and oversee the platform launch, ensuring that all operational aspects are executed seamlessly.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all elements of the launch are aligned and executed according to plan.

5. Data Analysis and Process Optimization

  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Tech-savvy with a strong interest in operations, strategy, and market entry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms or healthcare-related operations would be an added advantage.
