Duties:

  1. Ensure general office cleanliness and sanitation.
  2. Prepare and serve tea to staff.

For appointment to this position, a candidate must have: i. Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (mean grade of D). ii. Meet Chapter Six (6) of the constitution of Kenya 2010; Integrity, Honesty, and Accountability.

Duties:

This is the entry grade for this cadre.

An officer at this level may be deployed to work at any of the Departments at the Headquarters or County Offices under the supervision of a senior officer.

Specifically, duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Performing general confidential work as directed by the Head of Administration services.
  • Ensure general office cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Prepare and serve tea to staff in a timely manner and within the set hygiene and quality standards.
  • Collecting and disposing waste, including papers.
  • Arrange office equipment and furniture.
  • Dispatch mails within and outside the office.
  • Assist in preparation of documents.
