2. Masterful Diary Management: Take charge of managing the Directors’ diaries, ensuring schedules are optimized and appointments are impeccably organized.

3. Seamless Appointments and Travel: Be the driving force behind coordinating appointments and travel plans for our esteemed Directors, keeping everything on track.

4. Welcoming Visitors and Clients: Create a warm and professional reception for visitors and clients, setting the tone for exceptional experiences.

5. Phone Etiquette Extraordinaire: Handle telephone calls with poise and professionalism, ensuring effective communication within and beyond the Authority.

6. Meeting Coordination Wizardry: Take the lead in coordinating meeting schedules, making sure everything flows seamlessly.

7. Guardian of Data Security: Safeguard office records, documents, and classified materials, ensuring utmost security and confidentiality.

8. Filing System Virtuoso: Maintain an up-to-date filing system, making information retrieval a breeze for everyone.

9. Correspondence Guru: Establish and monitor efficient procedures for recording correspondence and file movements, crafting accurate responses to routine matters.

10. Office Etiquette Champion: Uphold and supervise office protocol and etiquette, contributing to a harmonious work environment.
