Job Summary

As a Sales Representative at Nyumba Zetu, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue for our property management system. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Client Acquisition: Present and demonstrate our property management system to prospective clients, highlighting its features and benefits. Convert leads into clients by effectively addressing their concerns and objections.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Provide regular reports to the sales manager on performance and achievements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of our product offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the property management or real estate industry. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
