Job Level: Entry Level

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct Daily School Visits: As a key member of our team, you’ll embark on daily visits to prospective schools following the strategic guidance of our Sales Director.
  2. Conduct Comprehensive Software Demonstrations: Showcase the prowess of our software to prospective client schools, aiming to secure new partnerships through compelling presentations.
  3. Collect Feedback: Gather valuable feedback from new and potential client schools, focusing on feature requests and system improvements to enhance user experience.
  4. Daily Reporting: Regularly share customer acquisition reports with the Sales Director, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration.

Job Requirements:

  1. Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a preference for candidates with a background in software/tech sales.
  2. Computer Literacy: A strong foundation in computer skills to effectively navigate and showcase our software solutions.
  3. Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively.
  4. Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set business targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  5. Personal Attributes: A self-driven individual with a keen eye for detail, confidence, and a high level of integrity.

Remuneration:

Earn a competitive commission of Ksh 10,000 for each successful acquisition of a new client school, confirmed by the issuance of an official LPO/LSO.
