1. Financial Controller (Nairobi, Kenya)
As a Financial Controller, you will manage the company’s financial planning, risk management, and reporting processes. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial compliance. You will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, auditing, and providing strategic financial advice to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning.
- Develop financial strategies that align with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- ACCA/CPA or equivalent certification.
- Experience in SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or other ERP software.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi, or Gujarati is a plus.
2. Chief Accountant (Nairobi, Kenya)
The Chief Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records. This role includes ensuring compliance with internal controls, financial audits, and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
- Ensure all financial statements comply with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors for financial audits.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- ACCA/CPA or equivalent certification.
- Experience in ERP systems like Tally and SAP.
- Manufacturing sector experience is an advantage.
3. Senior Accountant (Nairobi, Kenya)
The Senior Accountant will manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and budget preparation. This role requires a candidate with strong technical skills in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- ACCA/CPA or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Sage.
4. Credit Controller (Nairobi, Kenya)
As a Credit Controller, you will manage and oversee the company’s credit policies, ensuring timely collection of payments and mitigating financial risk. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to maintain relationships with clients while safeguarding the company’s interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company’s credit control systems and processes.
- Review and update credit limits for new and existing clients.
- Monitor overdue accounts and initiate collection procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable status.
Qualifications:
- ACCA/CPA or equivalent certification.
- Working knowledge of Tally and SAP.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi, Punjabi, or Gujarati is preferred.
5. Auditor (Nairobi, Kenya)
We are seeking an Auditor to ensure that the company’s financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and internal policies. The role will involve conducting audits, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring compliance with all financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular internal and external audits.
- Prepare audit reports and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all accounting operations comply with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Provide management with detailed financial risk analysis.
Qualifications:
- ACCA/CPA or equivalent certification.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or QuickBooks.
6. Stock Accountant (Nairobi, Kenya)
As a Stock Accountant, you will manage and maintain accurate stock records, oversee inventory audits, and reconcile stock discrepancies. The role requires strong attention to detail and an ability to work closely with the procurement and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock levels.
- Perform stock audits and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports for management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless stock operations.
Qualifications:
- ACCA/CPA or equivalent certification.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks.
- Manufacturing sector experience is a plus.
Experience & Qualifications (for all roles):
- ACCA/CPA or Equivalent Certification is required for all positions.
- Experience Range: Varies from 3 to 15 years, depending on the specific role.
- ERP Proficiency: Working knowledge of SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, or other ERP software is essential.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi, or Gujarati is a significant advantage.
- Sector Experience: Experience in the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage for all roles.
