JOB DESCRIPTION:

MPESA Attendant: As an MPESA Attendant at Twinco Wines, you will be responsible for handling mobile money transactions efficiently and accurately. Your primary duties will include processing MPESA payments, assisting customers with inquiries related to mobile money services, and ensuring the smooth operation of the MPESA service point.

Sales Attendant: As a Sales Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales at Twinco Wines. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product selection, restocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and processing transactions accurately.

Delivery Rider: As a Delivery Rider, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of orders to our valued customers. You will operate a motorcycle to transport products to designated locations, adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations, and provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process MPESA payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile money services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and product assistance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
