What You’ll Do
Join our Customer Engagement team, and be the driving force behind our customer-oriented approach. As an Online Sales Agent and Outbound Agent, your role involves:
Customer Care and Support
- Respond to inbound calls/messages promptly.
- Accurately capture customer orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Collaborate with colleagues for effective problem resolution.
Lead Nurturing / Contributions to Customer Experience
- Follow up on leads, nurturing positive relationships.
- Propose engaging ideas on digital communication channels.
- Support projects enhancing customer communications.
- Adhere to set shifts and working times.
Other Responsibilities
- Suggest process and customer service improvements.
- Provide input for lead nurturing into potential sales.
- Support onboarding of new team members.
