What You’ll Do

Join our Customer Engagement team, and be the driving force behind our customer-oriented approach. As an Online Sales Agent and Outbound Agent, your role involves:

Customer Care and Support

  • Respond to inbound calls/messages promptly.
  • Accurately capture customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for effective problem resolution.

Lead Nurturing / Contributions to Customer Experience

  • Follow up on leads, nurturing positive relationships.
  • Propose engaging ideas on digital communication channels.
  • Support projects enhancing customer communications.
  • Adhere to set shifts and working times.
