Job Overview
As a Waitress/Waiter or Club Hostess at Mint Lounge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Primary Responsibilities
- Greeting Guests: Warmly welcoming guests as they arrive and providing them with menus.
- Taking Orders: Accurately taking food and beverage orders and entering them into our point-of-sale system.
- Serving Food and Drinks: Delivering orders to guests promptly and ensuring all items are correct.
- Customer Service: Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the dining and lounge areas clean and organized.
- Promoting Events: Informing guests about upcoming events and promotions at Mint Lounge.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and cleanliness.
