Job Description

As a Media Intern at iHub, you will be instrumental in the creation, development, and production of high-quality multimedia content. This role offers a unique opportunity to craft compelling stories through various media formats, including videos, pictures, and animations, to represent our organization’s diverse practices and business expressions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Creation and Production:
  • Develop and produce multimedia content including videos, images, and audio files.
  • Edit and create high-quality videos for various purposes such as social media, documentation, promotional, and educational content.
• Collaborative Content Development:
  • Work with account managers to produce media assets tailored to the needs of different practices within the organization.
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with team members to generate innovative and engaging media ideas.
• Event Coverage:
  • Assist in planning and executing media coverage for events, including providing photography and videography support.
• Vendor Coordination:
  • Collaborate with external vendors as needed to fulfill media asset requirements.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency with Media Tools:
  • Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, and Lightroom.
  • Hands-on experience with camera systems such as Canon or Sony.
• Cinematography Knowledge:
  • Understanding of cinematography concepts including framing, lighting, and camera handling.
• Photography and Storytelling:
  • Strong photography skills and the ability to craft compelling stories through visual media.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and external vendors.
• Portfolio Requirement:
  • A portfolio showcasing examples of photo and video work is required.
