Position: Marketing Officer

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Officer, you will be tasked with coordinating the Institute’s marketing campaigns and activities associated with revenue-generating units, both internally and externally. Your role will be guided by the corporate marketing strategy, plans, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and Execute Marketing Plans: Collaborate with Unit Managers and Functional Heads to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  2. Development and Distribution of Marketing Materials: Ensure timely creation, processing, and dispatch of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and cards to relevant units.
  3. Lead Generation and Follow-up: Generate viable leads and conduct follow-ups to convert them into business opportunities.
  4. Policy Implementation: Implement the Institute’s marketing policies within user units to ensure full compliance.
  5. Advertisement and Promotion: Oversee the creation of advertisements and marketing materials to promote KIM products effectively.
  6. Evaluation of Marketing Activities: Participate in evaluating marketing activities to measure their effectiveness.
  7. Internal Marketing Coordination: Coordinate internal marketing activity schedules to prevent overlap and ensure proper planning and execution.
  8. Go-To-Market Campaigns: Lead the implementation of Go-To-Market campaigns to reach the target market promptly and ensure a favorable return on investment.
  9. Reporting: Prepare monthly marketing reports on all implemented activities and maintain records accordingly.
  10. Budgeting: Prepare marketing budgets in consultation with Heads of Functions and Regional Managers.
  11. Media Relations: Develop and implement plans to strengthen relationships with media organizations for effective messaging and positioning of the KIM brand.
  12. Digital Marketing: Undertake marketing activities using digital platforms such as websites, social media, and Google ads, providing performance monitoring reports for future planning.
