Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Identify and cultivate client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Producer and creatives to tailor pitches to client needs, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 4 years of proven experience as a Marketing and Sales Manager in the media space or an ad agency, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Certifications in sales and marketing as an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
  • A deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
  • Track record of building a junior team independently.
