Purpose of the Job

As the Manager – Data Quality and Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing data availability, accessibility, usability, and integrity. Your responsibilities include:

Establishing Data Governance Framework:

  • Develop and implement data practices and procedures ensuring adherence to the Data governance framework at both the business and corporate levels.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of Data quality integrity and Data protection standards.

Data Management:

  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of the corporate data dictionary, business glossary, standards, and procedures.
  • Implement enterprise data architecture to support organizational goals.

Data Quality Enhancement:

  • Identify areas for data quality improvements and resolve data quality problems using error detection and correction methods.

Performance and Risk Management:

  • Manage Performance, Audit, Integrity, QMS, and Risk programs.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related field from a recognized University.
  • A Post Graduate degree in a related field is an added advantage.

Professional Qualification

  • Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), Certified Data Management Professional, Certified Data Governance Professional, or equivalent.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in a similar role with at least two (2) years in first-level management.
