Qualifications

The ideal candidates must have graduated from recognized institutions after the year 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, attaining at least second-class honors.

Training Program

Successful candidates will undergo an eighteen (18) months training program at Kenya Power. The program includes:

• Classroom Training: Comprehensive coursework covering various aspects of the job.
• Mentorship: Guidance from experienced professionals to help you grow.
• Hands-On Projects: Real-world projects to apply your skills.
• Rotations: Experience different departments and functions within the company.
